Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cladding method which can secure quality without lowering efficiency.SOLUTION: Since a non-water soluble cutting oil agent whose kinematic viscosity is 20 mm/s(40°C) or higher is used in a cutting processing P1, an oil component does not remain in a defect (hole gap) of a surface of a material after a washing process P2, and the generation of a clad defect resulting from the trapping of the oil component on a clad layer can be suppressed. By this constitution, the quality of the clad layer can be secured. Furthermore, since it is not necessary to dry a processing object for a long time after the washing process P2, efficiency is not lowered.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
