To provide a clamp device and a swing clamp capable of improving the operability of a flow rate adjusting valve and downsizing the whole device including a base.SOLUTION: In a clamp device and a swing clamp, a fluid path includes a first fluid path that is connected to a fluid pressure port and is opened on an outer peripheral surface of an installation hole, a second fluid path that is connected to a tip end of the installation hole and extends in an axis direction of the installation hole, and a third fluid path that is connected on a cylinder hole side of the second fluid path. The first fluid path intersects the axis direction of the installation hole at an acute angle, and the third fluid path intersects the second fluid path at an acute angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
