To reduce a fitting space and simplify fitting work by permitting a clamping member for fitting a wire harness onto a stationary side which has high temperature and generates vibration to have heat resistance and vibration proof characteristics, and reducing its size.
This clamping member 1 consists of a first clamp 2 and a second clamp 3, is preset at a wire harness 30 through a cushioning member 20 to be fixed with a set screw. Both of the first clamp 2 and the second clamp 3 are made of a metal material of rigid body, and are bent to a roughly arc shape. The first clamp 2 is provided with a locking protruding piece 5 at one end, a setting protruding piece 6 whose one part is cut and raised inward of the curve at the other end, and a fixing hole 8 formed at a horizontal part 7. The second clamp 3 is provided with a locking hole 10 at one end, a setting hole part 11 at the other end, and a fixing hole formed at a horizontal part 12.
