Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clay plate production device suppressing the deformation of a clay in a clay plate.SOLUTION: A clay plate production device 10 includes a piston 12 (pressing member) which is provided so as to form a part of a portion at which clay is subjected to press molding in a press die 11 and is spring-biased to a direction in which the press die 11 presses a clay plate 90 with a force weaker than the pressing force of the press die 11. Further, the clay plate production device 10 includes a die release gas jet port 13 provided at a part separately from a part provided with the piston 12 in the press die 11 and jetting a die release gas 13A making the clay plate 90 easy to be released from the press die 11 toward the clay plate 90 in parallel with the operation of the piston 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
