This invention relates to a cleaning agent for electronic parts composed of an organic compound (A) containing a 1-20C fluorinated alkyl group and/or dimethylsiloxane unit in the molecule, a cleaning agent composed of the compound A and (B) one or more kinds of hydrophobic solvents and/or (C) one or more kinds of hydrophilic solvents, a cleaning agent described above wherein the component B is an 8-20C hydrocarbon and the component C is one or more substances selected from water-soluble glycol ether, 2-pyrrolidone and N-alkyl-2-pyrrolidone, or a cleaning agent containing 3-65 wt.% water based on the sum of the components A, B, C and the water.
