Abstract:
To provide a cleaning blade that can prevent an increase in torque and obtain satisfactory cleaning performance even immediately after the start of use.SOLUTION: A cleaning blade has an elastic member that is in contact with a surface of a member to be cleaned to remove a residual material on the surface of the member to be cleaned. The elastic member has a coating layer that contains fine particles and a binder resin. The coating layer is formed at least in part of a contact side at which the elastic member and the member to be cleaned are in contact in a contact part including the contact side. The surface roughness (Ra) of the coating layer is 0.08 μm to 0.5 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: None
