Title:
CLEANING COMPOSITION CONTAINING PROTEASE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3776244
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition having an excellent protein stain- removing property due to the improved proteolytic activity, substrate specificity, stability, etc., of the enzyme by compounding a new protease, a carbonyl hydrolase variant having a naturally nonexistent amino acid sequence.
SOLUTION: This cleaning composition contains (A) a protease which is derived from a carbonyl hydrolase precursor and is a carbonyl hydrolase variant having a naturally nonexistent amino acid sequence wherein a plurality of amino acid residues at the +76 position and positions corresponding to one or more of the +99, +101, +103, +104, +107, +123, +27, +105, +109, +126, +128, +135, +156, +166, +195, +197, +204, +206, +210, +216, +217, +218, +222, +260, +265 and +274 positions of natural subtilisin originating from Bacillus amyloliquefaciens are replaced by different amino acids, and (B) a cleaning composition.
