PURPOSE: To simplify a drive for tilting a cleaner and rotating a rod by a constitution wherein when a cleaner traveling along a tilting stroke contacts with a stopper bo be stopped, an inverse driving system exerts a rotation force to a rod.

CONSTITUTION: When a cleaner fork 12 is traveling upward, a driving force of an inverse driving system 8 operates the fork 12 through a connecting rod 11 and the fork 12 is pressed to a screen 2. And a crank arm 10, the connecting rod 11, the fork 12 and a rod 6 constitute a 4 rod link mechanism and through this mechanism, the force of the system 8 is transmitted to the rod 6 to move the rod 6 upward. The fork 12 is stopped by a stopper at the top end part of an apron 4 and the connecting rod 11 makes the fork 12 incline forward and a screen refuse is automatically exhausted to a bucket truck 5. At the end of the tilt, the system 8 is changed over to an inverse rotation and the fork 12 is made to incline backward to be retained by a stopper. And the system 8 rotates the rod 6 downward and the system 8 is again inverted at the bottom critical position.
