This device is provided with a cleaning means which cleans a drum of a printing press by bringing a beltlike sheet 59 into contact with the peripheral surface of the drum. A winding shaft 61 for winding up the sheet 59 discharged from the cleaning means is provided. A cutting means 121 which cuts the sheet 59 wound up on the winding shaft 61, in the radial direction over the whole extent in the direction of the width of the sheet, is provided. By cutting the sheet 59, it can be removed in a compact state in comparison with a state wherein it is left wound up on the winding shaft 61.
