Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To steadily and efficiently clean all the endoscope channels jointed to a valve device.
SOLUTION: Onto the cylinder of the air/water feed valve (or suction valve) is attached a bearing 15 to which applied a movable shaft 16 to move free up and down, then a main channel F1, drain channel F2, F4 and suction channel F3, F5 are processed onto the movable shaft 16. The channel F2, F3 are made to lead to water tubes attached to the front and rear of the cylinder while the channel F4, F5 are made to lead to the air tubes front and rear. In these channels F2-F5 are put check valves 18-21 facing the current toward the top. By this means, the front and rear water tubes are cleaned when you set the movable shaft 16 down position to feed or suck washing water by an injector from an injection hole 16A upward as well as the air tubes are cleaned when you set the movable shaft 16 upward.
