Abstract:
PURPOSE:To efficiently remove water drops or the like stuck to the surface of the mirror having the specified curvature and prevent the ultrasonic vibration from being attenuated by the bond by bonding a ultrasonic vibrator having the same curvature as the back face of the mirror to this mirror to prevent on the back face of the mirror. CONSTITUTION:A frame 2 is fixed inside a mirror case 1 and both a mirror base 4 and a mirror position driving device 5 are fixed to the frame 2. A mirror frame 8 is joined with a mirror base 2 and a mirror 12 is fixed to the mirror frame 8. In this case many ultrasonic vibrators 10 (10e and 10f) are bonded to the back face of the mirror 12. Each of the ultrasonic vibrators 10 has a spherical face part 10A having the same radius of curvature as the back face of the mirror 12 at the columnar part 10B of each of the vibrators 10 opposing to the back face of the mirror 12. As a result, the water drops stuck to the surface of the mirror 12 may be removed efficiently.
