PURPOSE: To enhance cleaning efficiency and prevent scattering of a toner without using any blower by providing a flicker net affixed with a three-dimensional reticulate structural body in rubbing contact with a cleaning brush.

CONSTITUTION: A flicker net 3 affixed with a three-dimensional reticulate structural body 4 wuch as reticulated urethane foam is provided to a cleaning brush 2 in rubbing contact therewith. A window riser 8 is provided in the upper part of the brush 2 and a toner sealing film 9 in the lower part. With this constitution, the toner stuck on the brush 2 is scrapped by the net 3, falls through the body 4 and is recovered by an auger. Since the scraping of the toner is accomplished by the net structure, cleaning efficiency is exceedingly high, and clouding by the scraped toner is prevented, whereby the resticking of the toner on the brush 2 is obviated and the scattering of the toner is prevented.
