Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable the production of an excellent plated product by efficiently removing the dross in a plating bath and cleaning the plating bath during a continuous plating operation.
CONSTITUTION: The plating liquid lifted into a cyclone separator 4 by a gas lift pump is horizontally circulated in this separator 4 and gases are separated and discharged during this time. The dross 8 is gathered to a container 41 in the central bottom part by the secondary flow generated during this circulation and is separated and settled from the plating liquid. The remaining plating liquid 2 is returned to the plating bath by a return pipe 42.
