Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device which enables size reduction of a cleaning head which moves on a rear surface of a screen mask and reduction of the frequency of replenishment of cleaning sheets.SOLUTION: A cleaning device 10 cleans a screen mask 28. The cleaning device 10 includes: a cleaning head 12 which is installed so as to move on a rear surface of the screen mask 28; a cleaning sheet 18 which cleans the screen mask 28; and a sheet supply part 14 which supplies the cleaning sheet 18 to the cleaning head 12. The sheet supply part 14 is installed at a location different from the cleaning head 12. The cleaning head 12 includes a grip mechanism 84 which grips one end of the cleaning sheet 18 supplied from the sheet supply part 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
