Abstract:
To provide a purifier of a cleaning fluid capable of surely purifying a polluted cleaning fluid even though a matter obtained by strongly combining metal components with oil content remains in the polluted cleaning fluid.SOLUTION: A purifier of a cleaning fluid includes a liquid atomization device 3 for atomizing a molecule group of a liquid by circulating a polluted cleaning fluid polluted by cleaning a metal processed article, a centrifuge 4 for performing centrifugal separation treatment of a cleaning fluid obtained by atomizing a molecule group by the liquid atomization device 3 to recover and remove metal sludge in the cleaning fluid, and a floating oil recovery device 5 for performing floating recovery of the oil content in the cleaning fluid treated by the centrifuge 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
