Abstract:

To provide a cleaning mechanism for signal lamp device, which efficiently and easily removes dust adhered to a light source cover while reducing the cleaning operation cost.

The cleaning mechanism for a signal lamp device 1 which includes at least a light source body 2 and a lens body 3. The light source body 2 being controlled to be turned on at predetermined time intervals includes a cleaning body 5 which cleans the lens body 3 in contact with the outer surface of the lens body 3. The cleaning body 5 is movable by drive bodies 6 and 11 such as an electric motor.
