The cleaning method of the base for the electrophotography photoreceptor includes the steps of cleaning and drying a base 100 to which a cutting process is performed, then cleaning the base 100 by contacting an adhesion rubber material 130 with the base 100 to remove extraneous matters in a dried state, and thereafter performing a jet cleaning with a cleaning fluid and drying.
