PURPOSE: To enable easier teaching operation than remote teaching when complicate travelling contents and cleaning treatment contents are taught by storing travelling contents and cleaning treatment contents conducted by the direct operation of an operator as teaching data.

CONSTITUTION: Travelling and cleaning treatment are performed while inputting the operation of specified equipment in a travelling motor 22, a cleaning-liquid dropping actuator 29, a pad rotary motor 32, a pad lifting-lowering motor 33 and a vacuum pump 35 by a manual control lever and a console panel section 52. Consequently, a control arithmetic unit 14 combines operation contents by the panel section 52 and outputs from a vibration-rate gyro 44 and an encoder 26 with an EEPROM 18, and stores them as teaching data. The arithmetic unit 14 reads the teaching data stored in the EEPROM 18, and operates a specified equipment in the motors 22, 32, 33, the actuator 29 and the pump 35 so as to realize cleaning speed, a cleaning path and cleaning treatment contents according to the teaching data.
