To consider environment and also to prevent foot slipe which a normal strip agent cannot avert by using a specific washing agent and a stripping agent in the cleaning of the floor surface of convenience stores, supermarkets or the like.

First, the floor surface is swept to remove dust, dirt or the like by sweeping. Then the washing agent and the stripping agent of 100% natural base material are prepared. In the case of the washing agent, washing is executed by applying the agent with a mop or by pouring the agent in a polisher or an automatical cleaner and applying the agent. Concerning the stripping agent, washing is executed by applying the agent with the mop and waiting for 5 to 15 minutes and, then, sufficient washing is performed by the automatic cleaner or the polisher. After washing is completed, dirty water is removed by the vacuum, a cleaner, or the like of the automatic washer. After the removal of dirty water, the floor surface is dried and optional wax is applied squeegee. The washing agent and the stripping agent with 100% natural base material are used to obtain an environmentally friendly system.
