To provide a cleaning tool device composed of a liquid absorbing structure capable of improving a water holding property and adsorptivity.

This cleaning tool is provided with an absorbent 3 composed of a low-density polyethylene or the like, a film 1 for coverting the back surface of the absorbent 3 and many suction holes 2 provided on the film 1. The suction holes 2 are formed larger than the diameter of tapered capillary tubes 3a for constituting the absorbent 3, and the tapered capillary tubes 3a are positioned on the inner side of the suction holes 2. In the case of removing stains of moisture and oil by using water and a detergent, liquid is moved and absorbed by a capillary phenomenon from a carpet or the like through many suction holes 2 and tapered capillary tubes 3a to the absorbent 3. Since the absorbent 3 is clamped by the film 1 and a liquid non-permeable sheet 4, liquid is absorbed and held by the absorbent 3 and liquid does not drip from the film 1.
