PURPOSE: To provide the title composition easy to apply on the skin, rapidly extractable for soil and entirely removable with water, comprising specific N-acylamino acid derivative(s) as emulsifier, an aqueous solution of glycerin of a specified concentration and a liquid oil.
CONSTITUTION: The objective composition comprising (A) 0.1-5wt.% of at least one or two mixtures selected from A1: N acylamino acid salts of formula I (R is 11-17C acyl; X is counter ion, Na, K or Ca), A2: N-acylamino acid salts of formula II and A3: N-acyltaurine metal salts of formula III, (B) 35-95wt.%, based on the whole composition, of a liquid oil at room temperature (e.g. liquid paraffin, squalane, olive oil) and (C) 60-100wt.%, based on the whole aqueous phase, and 5-45wt.%, based on the whole composition, of an aqueous solution of glycerin [esp. pref. with the weight ratio glycerin/water = (70:30)-(98:2)]. The component A, an emulsifier, is ≤0°C in the Krafft point of its aqueous solution.
