Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition containing a cleansing surfactant, a specific insoluble adjusting agent and a clay in an aqueous medium, having a specific foaming power, excellent in foaming characteristics, uniform dispersibility of the insoluble adjusting agent, softness, luster, etc., of a hair on hair treatment, and useful as a cleansing of the hair, a skin and a scalp.
SOLUTION: This cleansing cosmetic composition contains, in an aqueous cosmetically acceptable medium, (A) an anionic, nonionic, amphoteric, zwitterionic cleansing surfactant, (B) an insoluble adjusting agent such as a poly-α-olefin [e.g.; a (hydrogenated) polydecene], a fluorine oil [e.g.; a perfluoropolyether (F1)], a fluorine wax (e.g.; F1), a fluorine rubber (e.g.; F1), a fatty acid ester (e.g.; a palmitate ester) and (C) a clay such as a kaolinite, etc., and has >50 ml foaming power. Further the contents of each component are preferably 5-50 wt.% component (A), 0.001-10 wt.% component (B) and 0.5-15 wt.% component (C).
