PURPOSE: To obtain a cleansing cosmetic excellent in high cleansing effect and use feeling, containing as an ethylene oxide-added polyoxypropylene glycol- based surfactant and an alkyl glycoside as active ingredients.
CONSTITUTION: This cosmetic contains, as active ingredients, a total of 1-80wt.% of a surfactant represented by the formula (C3H6O)y-(C2H4O)zH ((y)and (z) each is an integer) and a compound of the formula ((a) is 1-15; (b) is 7-19) at the weight ratio of (2:1) to (1:8). The cosmetic is excellent in makeup-removing effect and can also be bubbled by adding water thereto, therefore, giving the skin refreshing feel after use. This cleansing cosmetic can be effectively used for removing makeup cosmetics such as rouge, foundation, mascara and eye shadow.
