Abstract:
To provide a click mechanism of a rotary switch which can keep the operation sound and the operation feeling at a certain level.SOLUTION: A click mechanism provided in a rotary switch 1 including a fixed shaft 2 and a rotational shaft 3 rotatably fit into the outer periphery thereof is constituted by incorporating a spring member 6 engaged to a plurality of projections and depressions 5 formed over the whole periphery of the rotational shaft 3 into the fixed shaft 2, and injecting the lubricant into a sealed space S formed between the projections and depressions 5 and a wall 2A of the facing fixed shaft 2. The spring member 6 is constituted by forming an engagement part 6a by bending a portion of a spring-steel slender rectangular plate into the U shape. The engagement part 6a is engaged to the projections and depressions 5 formed on the rotational shaft 3. The projections and depressions 5 are formed on the lower surface of a partition wall 3A formed on the middle in the shaft direction of the rotational shaft 3. The spring member 6 arranged along the vertical direction of the fixed shaft 2 is engaged to the projections and depressions 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
