Abstract:
To provide a clinker manufacturing facility that can suppress an increase in particles flowing out of a preheater even when the amount of heating gas supplied to a preheater dust collecting part changes.SOLUTION: A preheater of this invention includes: a preheater dust collecting part including at least one exhaust cyclone for collecting dust from heated gas while discharging the heated gas to the outside of the preheater; a preheater body part including at least one intermediate cyclone installed in a flow path of the heated gas between the preheater dust collecting part and the baking kiln; and an exhaust-side gas supply part for supplying the heated gas discharged from the preheater body part to the preheater dust collecting part, wherein the exhaust-side gas supply part is configured to adjust the supply amount of the heating gas to at least one exhaust cyclone according to the change of the discharge amount of the heating gas discharged from the preheater body part so that the dust collection efficiency in the preheater dust collection part is within a predetermined range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
