PURPOSE: To clinker the incinerating residue by a method wherein a silica compound fused by the gas radiating heat of a luminous flame is utilized as a binder for an incinerating residue.
CONSTITUTION: A combustion waste A and a glass (silica compound) B are introduced into a rotary kiln 2 through a hopper 1. At the burning of the combustible waste A, the glass is fused by the gas radiating heat of a luminous flame, changed to a binder for an incinerating residue, then the incinerating residue is clinkered while moving through the rotary kiln 2. Meanwhile, the combustible waste A is introduced into a furnace through an introducing hopper 12 of a stoker type incinerating furnace 11, then waste A is burnt. At the burning phase, when the glass B is introduced on the incinerating waste through the introducing hopper 13 having a double damper 13a, the glass is fused by the burning heat of a embers and the gas radiating heat of the luminous flame. Thereafter, the fused glass and the incinerating residue are introduced simultaneously into the rotary kiln 14, then clinkered while moving therethrough.
