To provide a clip which can prevent a protector held by it from rotating around its shaft by enabling the protector to be formed without using a clip.
The clip 1 includes a U-shaped clamp 6, a cover 9, which closes the opening of the clamp, a hinge 10, which couples the cover 9 with the clamp 6 rotatably, a fixing part 13, which fixes the clamp 6 to a body panel 5, and the first lock claw 14 and the second lock claw 15, which lock the cover 9 in a state of having closed the opening of the clamp 6. In the cover 9, a harness presser 21, which prevents the slippage of the wire harness 3 on the protector 2 is formed. In the clamp 6, a groove 25, which engages with a projection 27 at the external surface of the protector, is formed to prevent the protector 2 from rotating around its shaft.
