To provide a clip light in which an attachment/detachment operation is made easier and safer by eliminating a large burden in a clip operation in attaching and detaching the clip light, and in which malfunctions such as a position drift and a falling-off can be prevented at attaching by securely fixing the light to a mounted part.
The clip 4 to make the light 1 attachable and detachable is composed of clip bodies 41, 42 in which a fulcrum part 45 is installed between a pinching part 43 and a handle part 44, has a leaf spring 54 to energize the upper and lower pinching parts 43a, 43b inward and to press and adhere the pinching part 43 to the mounted part, and as a fixing function to fix the pinching part 43 to the mounted part, has a tightening tool consisting of a male screw member 56 having a large diameter head part 57 inserted from the clip body 42 side and a threading member 55 rotatably arranged outside the clip body 41.
