To provide clip scissors which has a simple constitution, is easily manufactured, and easily adjusts the sliding contact state of blades, and is excellent in touch when used.

The clip scissors 10 are constituted so that both ends 11a of a leaf spring bending portion 11, which is made of stainless steel and has a U-shaped cross-section, and a pair of blade bodies 13 having blades 12 brought into slidable contact with each other, are connected with grip portions 14 made of an ABS resin. The clip scissors 10 is obtained by the insertion molding of a resin forming the grip portions 14 by the insertion of the leaf spring bending portion 11 and the blade bodies 13. The scissors have a preferable mold structure that the leaf spring bending portion 11 are used as insertion in a plate-like state before bent. Besides, the leaf spring bending portion 11 and the blade bodies 13 are provided with retaining engagement portions 15a 15c for preventing the leaf spring bending portion 11 and the blade bodies 13 from coming off the grip portions 14.
