To provide a clip for two-page spread, which enables an insertion port to slightly expand in accordance with the number of pages by interconnecting a pedestal and a cap by a joint formed of an elastic body, to allow removal and insertion of a paper piece by normally turning a page without requiring excessive force, and prevents a clip fitted to a book from falling off due to its own weight during use, by means of a stopper installed on a back face of the cap.

In order to prevent a clip fitted to a back face of a cap having a tapered insertion port end face from falling off during use, a stopper is installed. The cap and a pedestal are interconnected by a joint formed of an elastic body, with a clearance for nipping and holding a paper piece and a movable clearance of an element expanding an insertion port during use. A cushion for alleviating impact from the pedestal and preventing damage to a book and a desk etc. is installed on a bottom face of the pedestal.
