In this clip 10 formed by press working from a long flat plate, a U-shaped square bend part 11 formed a center of the flat plate, slant piece parts 12 extended from the both sides of the square bend part 11 while expanding the opening, support piece parts 13 extended and bent inside from the slant piece parts 12, and cut lines 15 at the slant piece parts 12 and the bend part 11 are arranged. A top side 18 formed by slanting parts of the slant piece parts 12 and the bend part 11 inside of each slant piece part 12 has a concaved arch shape and is provided with a pair of locking pieces 17 of sharp edge at the both ends. The locking pieces 17 provide locking action and spring action.
