To stabilize the fitted condition of a clip body to a fitted member rib, to make it easy to insert the clip body into an engaging hole of a fitting plate of an instrument panel or the like, and prevent such cases as the clip body falling off from the rib.
By inserting a clip body fitted in advance to the rib 32 of a fitted member into a fitting hole 42 in the fitting plate from the surface side 44 of the fitting plate, the fitted member can be fitted to the fitting plate 40 in a removable manner. In this case, the clip body is provided with a sandwich unit 16 positioned so as to sandwich the fitting member rib 32 from both sides and a locking shoulder 24, which can be elastically engaged to the fringe of the fitting hole 42 at the back side 46 of the fitting plate 40, while the sandwich unit 16 is provided with a flat sandwiching surface contacting the fitting member rib 32 from both sides and an engaging protrusion 22 which can be engaged in an engaging hole 34 formed on the rib 32.
