The clip closing cylinder 15 is closed and an operation wire 4 and the flexible sheath 2 are relatively advanced or retreated axially keeping the clip closing cylinder 15 engaged with the closing cylinder receptacle 3 so that the opening or closing of the clip 11 can be repeated by making the clip 11 move longitudinally within the clip closing cylinder 15.
