To provide a compressor with a separatable closed vessel and an improved centering characteristic of a stator and a rotor by fixing a sleeve to an outer circumferential surface of the stator, and fixing the sleeve to one of cases of the closed vessel by screw.
To an outer circumferential surface of a stator 7, an annular sleeve 7A is stickedly fitted so as to severely perform size control with respect to a case 2A, and the sleeve 7A is screwed to the case 2A by screws 7C which are fitted into a screw hole 7A formed in the sleeve 7A and a screw hole 2E formed in the case 2A are screwed. Namely, since the sleeve 7A is screwed to the case 2A so that it is attracted to the case 2A side, an inner circumferential surface of the stator 7 is positioned with accuracy at a specified interval from an inner circumferential surface of the case 2A. Also, with the sleeve 7A fixed by screws 7C, the stator 7 can be removed from the case 2A by removing the screws 7C.
