Into a space 80 defined between an outside closed vessel 2 and an inside closed vessel 3, a thixotropic fluid is filled as a vibration attenuation structure. As a result, the vessel 3 is disposed in a floating manner in the vessel 2 and the circumference is covered with the fluid. Accordingly, vibration and noise in the vessel 3 can be restrained. A lower case 2A constituting the vessel 2 may be integrally formed with a frame 110 and legs 111 of an outside device. With this constitution, a compressor 1 can be efficiently mounted at a specified position.
