Abstract:
To reduce noise by restraining stator vibration caused by a torque ripple due to the induced voltage waveform distortion of a brushless motor for a closed electric compressor.
This closed electric compressor includes a rotor corresponding to a stator having a structure formed by concentratedly winding a wire for constituting a brushless motor around teeth of a stator. The rotor is structured so as to house magnets, and roundness is formed at the corner of an end face approaching the outer periphery of the rotor at a surface corresponding to the stator of the magnet. By relieving the partial concentration of magnetic flux, vibration due to the torque ripple generated by the sudden change of magnetic flux can be restrained.
