Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a closed hard cartridge-shaped package which houses a substance to prepare a drink applied to an extractor actuated by a pressurized fluid.
CONSTITUTION: A package is formed into the shape of a cartridge to house a substance for preparing a drink, and has a main body 1 having a truncated cone shape, an inverse truncated cone shape and a hemispherical shape and a thin film 4 acting as a cover, and the thin film 4 or a bottom part of the main body 1 of the cartridge contains an area 3 whose thickness is reduced, and the cartridge is released by a pressurized fluid at extracting time, and a flow of liquid is directed so as to penetrate through a layer of the substance.
