To provide a low-cost cloth and a bag, in which the cloth can be formed without work on a sewing machine using yarn, and it can be formed in a short time to achieve excellent mass-producibility by welding nonwoven fabric with aluminum deposition film by ultrasonic welding.

The bag 1 is manufactured using the cloth 20 as the nonwoven fabric joined with the aluminum deposition film by ultrasonic welding. The cloth 20 can be produced at low cost since sewing work is not necessary. In the cloth 20, a number of weld parts by ultrasonic welding are arranged like stitches, forming quilting-like texture. In the bag 1 using the cloth 20, the outside parts are formed of nonwoven fabric, and the inside parts are of aluminum deposition film, thereby it is usable for a heat-insulating bag or a cooler bag.
