To provide a cloth dryer of high drying efficiency capable of restraining a heat exchange efficiency from getting low even in flow-in of air other than a front surface of a fin tube type heat exchanger, in a heat pump unit installed in a very narrow space in the cloth dryer.
This cloth dryer is arranged with a heat sink and a heat radiator, to make an air flow direction in an air circulation path get diagonal with respect to an air flow direction in an air flow passage in the heat radiator and the heat sink, in the air circulation path, the heat sink and the heat radiator are the fin tube type heat exchanger constituted of a plurality of flat fins and a tube meanderingly penetrating the flat fins to make a coolant flow, the flat fins serving as the heat sink in a windward side of the tube of the heat exchanger contacting at first with air are bent to be made in parallel to an air flow direction in a windward side of the air circulation path, and the flat fins serving as the heat radiator in a leeward side of the tube of the heat exchanger contacting at last with the air are bent to be made in parallel to an air flow direction in a leeward side of the air circulation path.
