PURPOSE: To facilitate and simplify execution by constructing a cloth foundation through the connection of a plurality of erected cloth foundation panels and forming a lighting window on the cloth foundation panel.

CONSTITUTION: A flat foundation 1 is constructed by laying a plurality of flat foundation panels 2 made of cement on a foundation floor 3. Then, a plurality of cloth foundations 5 made of cement are connected and erected on the flat foundation 1, and a cloth foundation 4 is constructed. In this case, a connecting tool 6 is extended over the upper surface of each flat foundation panel 2, and connected with each flat foundation panel 2 through the fastening with bolts 7 and nuts 8. Further, an iron stem 5B is projected on the undersurface of the cloth foundation panel 5, and an iron stem 2A is projected on the upper surface of the flat foundation panel 5, and entangled each other. A plurality of joint fittings 9 are projected on the side surface of the cloth foundation panel 5, and each cloth foundation panel 5 is connected through the connecting shaft 10. Further, a lighting window 5C consisting of a glass block group is formed on the cloth foundation panel 5.
