Abstract:
To provide a cloth lappr in which the thickness of the web to be lapped is made uniform and no wrinkle occurs on the returning part of the web.
The cloth lapper is equipped with a first belt conveyer 4, a second belt conveyer 10, following reciprocation carts 6 that are lapped to the individual belt conveyers main reciprocating carts 9 that are also lapped to the individual belt conveyers and a driving mechanism 14 for controlling the moving ratio of the main reciprocating carts 9 so that the feed out rate of a web may become almost constant.
