Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cloth-wrapped hose which is low in an outside-diameter change rate and a length change rate, and a manufacturing method of the cloth-wrapped hose.SOLUTION: A cloth-wrapped hose is formed into a tubular shape by winding a rubber sheet 45 which is formed by topping rubber thereon at least at a single face side of a reinforcing cloth 40 composed of a woven fabric which is formed of a warp and a weft, a direction along an axial core of a cloth-wrapped hose 1 is set as a first axis, a direction orthogonal to the first axis of the cloth-wrapped hose 1, and direction along an external peripheral face of the cloth-wrapped hose 1 is set as a second axis, when setting an angle formed of the warp and the weft of the woven fabric as an orientation angle, an orientation angle which is opened toward the first axis is set as a first orientation angle, and when setting an orientation angle which is opened toward the second axis as a second orientation angle, the second orientation angle is set narrow with respect to the first orientation angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
