Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a clothes drier in which the removal from a rotary drum and the separation of a filter cover 43 from a filter base 37 are performed by serial operation and a cleaning work for a filter device 27 can be simply conducted.
CONSTITUTION: A filter device 27 comprises a filter fixing frame 31 fixed to a rotary drum, a filter base 37 stored in the filter fixing frame 31, and a filter cover 43 fitted to the filter fixing frame 31 in such a manner as to cover the filter base 37. A slide lever 45 having a first engaging portion 46 which engages with an engaged portion 36 of the filter fixing frame 31 to be always held in the locking state and releases the locking state when it slides in the reverse direction is provided on the filter cover 43 in such a manner as to freely slide, and the slide lever 45 has a second engaging portion 51 which engages with an engaged portion of the filter base 37 to be locked when it slides in the reverse direction.
