To provide a clothes dryer in which drying air hardly leaks through a gap between an air flow path and a rotary drum even if the rotary drum moves during drying, the drying efficiency is not decreased, and the drying time is shortened as much as possible.
The clothes dryer includes: a posterior frame member 117 which is provided behind a rotary drum 320 and regulates the movement of the rotary drum 320; a buffer material A141 which is provided on the posterior frame member 117 so as to face the rear end part 320a of the rotary drum 320; and a buffer material B140 which is bonded to the buffer material A141. Thus, drying air hardly leaks through a gap between an air flow path and the rotary drum 320 even if the rotary drum 320 moves during drying, the drying efficiency is not decreased, and the drying time can be shortened as much as possible.
