Abstract:
To provide a laundry dryer capable of rationally supplying power from a commercial AC power source to inverter circuits for driving a motor to drive a rotary drum to be rotated after putting laundry in and for driving a compressor.
A DC voltage is supplied from a rectifying circuit 57 to the first inverter circuit 55 for driving a rotary chamber motor 43 and the second inverter circuit 56 for driving the compressor 44. Both the circuits are rationally powered so as to dry the laundry by rotating a rotary chamber 42 and operating a heat pump cycle 48.
