PURPOSE: To surely raise/lower clothes hanging member of a clothes-drying device by attaching a pair of supports on the surface of a wall or a ceiling, and attaching a moving member to support ends of the clothes hanging member which can move upward/downward in the longitudinal direction of the supports.

CONSTITUTION: Clothes are hung on a clothes hanging member 3 when the stored clothes hanging member 3 is pulled down by holding an operation bar 16. When the clothes hanging member 3 is pulled down, a moving member 4 moves downward and a fixed load spring 11 is drawn out from a drum 12 according to the movement of the moving member 4. When the fixed load spring 11 is drawn out, the force of the fixed spring 11 to be rewound to the drum 12 acts on the clothes hanging member 3 to be raised. As a result, the clothes hanging member 3 can be easily moved because of the force of the fixed load spring 11. The clothes hanging member 3 can be stopped at any position while being moved, thus the user can freely select the height of the clothes hanger.
