To provide a clothes drying heat insulation chest capable of saving troubles of hanging clothes to a hanger when hanging washed and half-dry clothes and the like indoors, drying the clothes being folded and accommodated in compact space, and warming clothes, towels and the like for use when it is cold.

A hot mat having a control switch for temperature adjustment is provided on a board contacting a lower part of a drawer of a chest. Waterproofing, antibacterial and alga-proof treatment is performed on the hot mat. The drawer has a material which transmits heat from the hot mat, and has a handle on a mesh-like basket having good air-permeability. By putting in half-dry clothes in the drawer, the clothes can be dried and heat-insulated by the heat from the hot mat while accommodating the clothes.
