To provide a lower limb-supporting garment efficiently protecting the knee, stably keeping the knee joint, free from lowering the flexibility of movements of the knee joint, having excellent feeling of wear, and useful for protection and relief of knee pain and protection of damage of inner collateral ligament caused by sports and the like.

The lower limb-supporting garment has an elastic section 2 with strong tightening force covering the collateral ligament 3 of the inner side of the knee joint and also a part 4 of the lower part of the kneecap of the inner side, and extending to the sides 5 of the inner musculus gastrocnemius and soleus. The garment comprises on the upper side of the knee joints an elastic section 121 with strong tightening force extending to the vicinity 8 of the greater trochanter through the inner side of the femoral region to the front side almost along the sartorius muscle 6 toward the external surface, and an almost triangle elastic section 154 with strong tightening force set on the outside lower side of the kneecap 1. The tip of a projecting part of a part 4 of the lower side of the kneecap of the elastic section 121 and the tip 40 of the elastic section 154 contact with each other under the kneecap 1 so as to support the knee from the right and the left and the lower side.
