Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a clothes takeoff device which can remove clothes mechanically from a cuff stand of a cuff press machine.
CONSTITUTION: A stay 22 is installed upright on the base 1 of a cuff press machine 1, and on this stay 22 an elevating/sinking shaft 24 is mounted in such a way as movable in the vertical direction, and an elevating/sinking cylinder 25 is coupled with the shaft 24, and an arm 30 is rotatably mounted on a supporting block 29 which is installed on the shaft 24. A gripping tool 34 is installed at one end of this arm 30 while a cylinder 38 for revolution is mounted at the other end. The arm 30 is rotated round the revolving center of a heat plate 18, and after grasping the clothes put on a cuff stand 5 by the tool 34, the arm 30 is raised to draw off from the cuff stand 5 and is moved to over a hangdown rod 42.
