To provide a clothes treatment apparatus that has a structure capable of efficiently feeding steam to clothes and performing sterilization, crease reduction and deodorization without washing clothes.
The clothes treatment apparatus includes a housing tub 200 for housing clothes and a steam feeding mechanism 300 for feeding steam to the housing tub 200, and feeds steam to the housing tub 200 to increase the temperature of clothes to a temperature equal to or above a predetermined temperature and to maintain the state in which the temperature is equal to or above a predetermined temperature for a predetermined period or longer by steam. Thus, sterilization, crease reduction and deodorization of clothes are performed without washing the clothes.
